Welcome to the Get Ready! Training! This program is designed to equip you with essential professional skills. Over the next hour, you will learn how to craft a standout resume, ace interviews, build a strong network, and navigate the professional workplace with confidence.  

The Get Ready! Training is an essential step in the Bloom Internship selection process. This program ensures that all applicants have the foundational professional skills needed to excel in their internships and future careers. Completing this course is a requirement to move on to the next phase of the selection process.  

We know that stepping into a professional setting can be both exciting and overwhelming. This training is here to support you every step of the way. You’ll have access to short videos, quizzes, and practical tips to help you apply what you learn.
